My three main products seem to go down well with people as they there were plenty of positive comments with some negative comments along the way.

Front Cover
Advantages:

The colour scheme worked well together with the white,blue and black being important in making my products stay out as my audience noticed I used the same colours that matches my models shirt.
The cover lines were another key point in getting my audience interested as they were well known artists which made my magazine sound interesting.
The way my model is standing seems to be another good point as it seem to give people the sense of dominance that my magazine was suppose to give off.
But overall there was a sense of happiness with my front cover which people seems to love

From my post production feedback that I have received my front cover has proven to be an success with the feedback being positive with my masthead being the main attraction and standing out which is the first thing that will catch my target audience's eyes which would possible draw them into buying my magazine which would beat off competition from other magazines. There seemed to be a positive rating out of 10 with there being a rating of 8/9.

Disadvantages:

Some however argued that there was to much on the front cover and I should of kept it more simple to attract my target audience.
Also some of my feedback I was told to change the colour of the White rectangles as they kinda spoilt the front cover.

Contents page

Advantages:

The way the columns have separated the writing so it looks more professional
With the page numbers being above the artist to give a Clear guidance of what page to turn to to read that story.
Editors note to ensure that the contents page look professional and real as possible.
well know artist to establish my contents page and make people read on.

With my contents page the positive feedback seemed to be focused on the layout which meant it was easy for my target audience to read and select what they wanted to read along with the consistent colour scheme which I have on all three of my products to keep the professional look throughout.

Disadvantages:

There was some complaints that there wasn't enough images which lead to the topic of there not being enough females on my magazine.
The contents on the page I was told I should of made more glamorous to make the page look more creative and to improve the overall look.

Double page spread

Advantages:

The image used was a good choice as it made the double page more appeal as it was more of a relax look.
Some of my audience even noticed the blending and effects I used so that I could write on my subjects arm without having a colour clash.
The way the writing was separated which made it easier for my audience to read and understand.
The quote on the left hand side made the double page more appealing as it stood out from a distance.

With my double page spread the strengths seem to be the way my writing is laid out and structured which makes it easier for my target audience to read the content on the page.

Disadvantages:

Some argued that I should of mixed up the colours abit more as the colours were becoming increasingly boring and should of gone for a a brighter colour.
There was a concern about there not being enough quotes, which I was advise to add one more.
However overall there seemed to be good comments rather then bad so I'm happy.

Alternatively if I was to do this again I would change nothing as I think that this is the best out of all three products that I have designed with everything being designed referring to a real life magazine and to get a compliment by having someone say it looks like a real life magazine double page spread, makes me happy as I know I have achieved in what I set out to achieve and that's to produce a magazine that was of the highest quality and I feel I have attracted my target audience with the way I have designed my magazine through the conventions that I have used and personal I feel that the fans of my chosen genre would actually buy my magazine as its packed with gossip, big name stars and exclusives.
